Mashable are reporting that Imeem is no longer being sued by Warners. Good news for Imeem, and perhaps highlights the fact Record Labels increasingly recognise the significant role in both promotion and retail that social networks will play in the future.
btw, Imeem were extremely helpful when we asked them to return the Jamiroquai domain name to us, due to the fact a fan had got their before us. You can see the Jamiroquai Imeem page here
