Ministry Of Sound pioneered TV advertising to sell large numbers of compilation albums. Now they’re pioneering digital advertising by being the first UK record label to use Spongecell technology to advertise their new triple album, “Chilled II“.
The audience can interact within the advert and see the tracklisting or send information to a friend. In addition there are separate links to buy the album at iTunes or enter a competition to win a Spa break.
Engagement adverts such as this can cause an uplift in effectiveness of between 3 and 10 times over a standard banner ad.
Great stuff. Keep up the good work.
