“Credibility” is the measure of how much a visitor to your site respects or believes what you’re telling them. Broken links, lack of information, no contact details, bad navigation, misspellings or annoyances like pop-ups and poor scrolling can all reduce your credibility. At some point a user either decides you’re ‘credible’ and then may return or, the opposite & you blow your cred and they never visit again. Even a well respected label or artiste can find their credibility reduced to zero through bad design.
