InSound, A Model For Retail?


Working at The Orchard I often hear independent record shops bemoan the fact that there is no business for them any more, either in physical or digital. Take a look at InSound, a physical mail order business based in New York, which I think is a good example of how an indie store can recreate their strengths on the web – personal feel, expert opinions, passionate and good music taste.
